2. Receive your QR code

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with:

Activation QR code
Installation instructions
Your plan details

Delivery usually takes a few minutes.

3. Scan the QR code

On your device:

iPhone

Settings → Cellular Data → Add eSIM

Android

Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM

Then scan the QR code received.

4. Activate your eSIM

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

We recommend activating your eSIM before traveling or while you have a WiFi connection.

5. Enjoy your connected trip

Upon arriving at your destination, your eSIM will automatically connect to a compatible network.
